Computer Repair
My office is a health care business that uses a special software that is almost impossible to service by anyone but the company that made it. That company could not figure out how to fix a software glitch so I called Computer Central. Don came to my office in less than 1 hour, and spent almost 2 hours trying many things to rescue my situation. He could not, but asked if he could have his shop go over the computer in depth. I dropped off the computer after my office closed on a Thursday and it was fixed for Friday 3PM. I was billed only one service call hour, which was fair because he could not fix it at my business. Shop labor rate was appropriate, and the defective parts were replaced at a reasonable cost. The computer was put back into service and now I will have Don design a redundant system to protect my business.
