Home Remodel Co and staff specialize in interior and exterior home renovations. We have teams that come together that specialize in total renovation from custom kitchens and bathrooms, to retention walls, siding decking, and space planning.. We work side by side with our sister company, Shore Life Real Estate to provide our real estate investor clients a one stop shop. We provide buy/selling services as well as remodeling to ensure our clients have a smooth transition making informed decisions about how and where to prioritize projects in order to see a return in a short or long term goal. As the owner/operator of Home Remodel Co & the Broker of record for Shore Life Realty, i pride myself in being able to guide our clients through their real estate journey as an educator, contractor, broker, and property management specialist. Coastal Consultants removed turf from my backyard and replaced with trex decking and enlarged my back porch on my waterfront property. With my wife and I living in another state. Kate did an amazing job over communicating with updates and sending pictures along the way. They did an amazing job! On to job number 2- building a bar in my garage!

Contracted with Katelynn and her team to install a retaining wall and tear down a dilapidated deck and replace with a new one. The project overall was done with complete professionalism, timeliness and communication with no real hiccups along the way. Must say I was impressed with how often Katelynn checked in on how I felt the project was going and the finished result is great. Highly recommend.

I called Home Remodel Co after my house was destroyed in a hurricane. The owner of the company came out some day and delivered estimate the following afternoon in person. They renovated my whole house top to bottom. The owner is a broker of real estate so she was also able to help me plan our renovation with the sale of our house in mind. Our house sold and closed within 90 days. The profit from that closing has allowed me to immediately begin looking for a new home, one that I will be contracting Home Remodel Co to renovate for me. This is just the beginning of my real estate journey, 10/10 recommend Home Remodel Co & Shore Life Real Estate.
