Quoted 3 days, I went to get my car back after 3 weeks and it still was not completed. They also had the audacity to try and bill me above and beyond my deductible.

The factory Ford paint was defective, and Ford wouldn't do anything about it. This car has only got 20,000 miles on it. They only made 270 of these cars, and I wasn't very happy that Ford took the attitude of the cars over 3 years old and the warranty was null and void. Bishops took this car apart; took the doors off and the fenders and the bumper covers, and the trunk. They re-painted it, and you can not tell that it was re-painted.  The staff was excellent.

They evaluated the damage to my car and gave me two different options for fixing it.  After I chose to completely replace the bumper, they again gave me the choice of aftermarket or OEM Toyota parts.  I chose OEM, and they input the order into the computer and were able to tell me the exact date the replacement part would be delivered.  They even scanned the paint on my car so that they could color-match the paint on the new bumper to account for the normal fading that takes place over time (the car is 2 yrs old).  They called me when the part was ready, and they removed the damaged bumper and installed the new one in less than 30 minutes.  It looks showroom perfect.  The staff were helpful and friendly, and the service was top-notch and reasonably priced.  Most of the cost was for the part itself, the labor charge was minimal.  I would definitely return to Bishop's for my future auto-body needs.

111Well it took two months and two days of work, but Bishop's restored my vehicle its present condition which I'd estimate is better than brand new. There is not a ding or a dent or a scratch visible anywhere and its the shiniest car on the road.

I have used this company in the past for towing but this was my first experience with their body shop. Roy Bishop was very professional and did a quick inspection of the damage, explained what needed to be done and how long it would take, and gave me a reasonable estimate. Work was completed a day earlier than expected and they did an excellent job of blending the paint on the new panel to match the original paint on the hood and door panel. Body Shop and Office very neat and clean.

Stopped by no appointment, told me to come back in 3 hours and they would fix in a hour. I did and they did.
