Luis showed up right on the dot at 10am like he said he would. He called a half hour before letting me know he was on his way. He took inventory of what I wanted him to take away and then gave me a price. He promptly got everything in his truck. I paid the bill and he was on his way. It all took less than 30 minutes. I will definitely call him again.

The experience went very smoothly. Luis returned my call promptly was great with communications and kept in touch with me numerous times by phone. I did not make things easy as he had to wait around for my husband and my husband added many more items that I was unaware of and were unexpected. Luis was polite and in good humor through it all. The price was very reasonable and we are scheduling another pick-up, this time at our home for more stuff to be hauled.

Luis arranged a Saturday pick up to accomodate my schedule. He arrived exactly on time and hauled away the materials very quickly, he even swept the garage floor after he picked up the materials.
He apparently has a flat fee for the size of the truck that he brought, and it was a little higher than I expected, but he tried to help me find more materials for him to haul off to make it more cost effective.
I would definitely use him again.

I can not say enough good about Luis and his services. He was available on short notice, very willing to work with limited schedule. Communication was excellent. Right on time - even got started before I arrived. Worked quickly and professionally - extremely concerned about not damaging anything. Friendly, trustworthy, excellent price for service. Overall, I was very pleased with the services that Luis provided. I needed to get rid of a side-by-side refrigerator, printers, car parts and yard equipment. Luis was very professional and answered my call quickly. On the date of service, he was on time, worked quickly and asked about the condition of the items to see if they could be donated to charity. His pricing was fair and I would definitely call him again when I need to have items hauled away.

I was moving and needed to pare down my belongings, and had a tight time frame. Luis was able to accommodate my requests and showed up exactly on time (and provided an 'on-the-way' call beforehand). Further, Luis (and his assistant) did all of the loading and lifting of everything - heavy and light. He insisted on it.
In summary, I would call Luis again in a heartbeat. No question. Thanks for the great work.

Luis is always very prompt and professional. He leaves the spaces where he removes the "junk", cleaner than when he arrived. I will continue calling Luis to help us out and in addition recommend him very highly.
