Description of Work: We had installed new hurricane shutters and remodeled the master bedroom closet. Luis took the old plywood shutters and the old wire shelving from the closet as well as some other items we needed to get rid of.

He took inventory of what I wanted him to take away and then gave me a price. He promptly got everything in his truck. I paid the bill and he was on his way. It all took less than 30 minutes. I will definitely call him again.

+ -1 moreThe experience went very smoothly. Luis returned my call promptly was great with communications and kept in touch with me numerous times by phone. I did not make things easy as he had to wait around for my husband and my husband added many more items that I was unaware of and were unexpected. Luis was polite and in good humor through it all. The price was very reasonable and we are scheduling another pick-up, this time at our home for more stuff to be hauled.
Description of Work: Hauled junk and landscape debris from a rental property that we own.

+ -1 moreLuis arranged a Saturday pick up to accomodate my schedule. He arrived exactly on time and hauled away the materials very quickly, he even swept the garage floor after he picked up the materials. He apparently has a flat fee for the size of the truck that he brought, and it was a little higher than I expected, but he tried to help me find more materials for him to haul off to make it more cost effective. I would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Hauled away broken exercise equipment, metal scrap and miscellaneous broken household equipment.

Luis was very professional and answered my call quickly. On the date of service, he was on time, worked quickly and asked about the condition of the items to see if they could be donated to charity. His pricing was fair and I would definitely call him again when I need to have items hauled away.

Luis was able to accommodate my requests and showed up exactly on time (and provided an 'on-the-way' call beforehand). Further, Luis (and his assistant) did all of the loading and lifting of everything - heavy and light. He insisted on it. In summary, I would call Luis again in a heartbeat. No question. Thanks for the great work.
Description of Work: Luis hauled a total of 3 truckloads of various items on two separate occasions for me.. Some of it was garbage, some was recyclables and some was reusable furniture that he donated.
