My family moved into this triplex April 5th 2013 and on May 1st 2013 at 9pm Mr. Vogel came beating on my door for rent. I thought because we moved in on the 5th it was due on the 5th. I was mistaken. my husband told him the night before during the rain storm in our bed room the roof leaks. He then tried to push past myhusband to "inspect" the leak. We explained to him that it was not raining therefore it was not leaking right now and it was to late for him to come in. We have a 5 year old who was in bed. a couple weeks later our daughter kicked out the window and I told Mr. Vogel about it and that we were going to fix it and that i was sorry. He insisted he would "take care of it" and then 2 hours later after he installed the new peice of glass that we now owed him $20. My husband called the window company he purchased and found out that he only paid 13$ for this piece of glass. My husband then tried to call Mr. Vogel and ask why he was trying to over charge us for the window when he insisted on fixing it himself. He cursed my husband out immediately I herd him fthrough the phone from across the room. My husband asked him to calm down we just wanted the reciept he then said "I will right you one" we asked again for the reciept he was given upon making the purchase and he hung up. We then new it was time to seek an attorney. Shortly after my faucet in the tub started to leak and I mean a steady leak one that will cost me when the next bill comes in. There is also mold in the ceiling and around the vents. When we told Mr. Vogel of these problems he says "no its not mold" or just ignors it. I have seeked an attorney who will be taking care of the rest because of teh way he talks to my family. When we gave him money this month (June 7th, 2013) He was asked again when he was going to address the issues and he said "when u get caught up". My husband and I are not in a hurry to pay him $575 for rent when so many problems are going unnoticed. We just want everyone to know what kind a man he is and how he conducts business. We also have come across current tenants and previous ones who are willing to go to court with us on our behalf against him. He says he has 28 to 30 peices of property so beware of William (Bill) Vogel at Wyoming Properties.
Description of Work: He wrote a reciept and said he would fix the roof when we get caught up.
