A great experience from beginning to end.  This is the second time I have used Unlimited Aluminum and I will continue to use them for any needs I might have in the future.  Their pricing is great, they are professional and sincerely interested in earning your business.

John and his company really understand and provide top notch customer service and quality work. Before giving the estimate, he described what it would be like when done. The price was reasonable so I told them to get it in the works. They showed up as promised and went right to work. After two days work in awful heated condition, they finished. John then asked me to walk around and take a look. I have had soffit work done before but it never had the quality finish and look of this job. To add to my complete satisfaction with their work, I found they had tucked all my messy phone, TV, etc. wires that were hanging loose, up under the soffit!! I had intended to ask how much extra they would charge to do that and forgot. They really worked at making the results look clean and nice. They picked up all debris and left my yard just as they found it. Their work far surpassed my expectations and I will definitely recommend and use John's company again.

John Leinenger is the person I dealt with. He showed up on time for appointments and kept me informed about when the shutters were delivered to him, when he would be over to install them, etc. He and his crew came over and did the job very quickly. They showed us how to handle the aluminum panels so we wouldn't cut our hands, and how to install them when we needed. They showed us how to open and close the accordion panels and how to clean them. They then cleaned up the debris. Mr. Leinenger filled out all the necessary paperwork for me to submit to MSFH. He and the other men were all very nice.
