Danny and Chris fixed the issue. There was faulty wiring to the valves. They fixed the wiring and tested that the valves worked. There was a bit of a wait, several weeks after the last service but they completed the job and that's great.

Not well. Danny told me that he wanted to replace all the valves and quoted me a price of $250 for doing so. He said that the problem is that the valves were covered with dirt and that could be the problem. He came to the door after about an hour and collected the check. The next day the sprinkler ran and the same problem persisted where the 2nd zone continued to run after the sprinkler system ran through their 4 zones. When I went to the curb to turn of reclaimed water at the valve, I saw that he'd left the cover off and he'd left his valve shutoff tool laying on the lawn and he'd also left his shovel standing in the yard near the solenoid valves. He did not put the covers back on the solenoid valves and the valves were covered with dirt - which he said may have been the problem in the first place. I called to tell him the problem still persisted. He said he would come out that afternoon. He did not show up. The next day he apologized and said he'd make it out that afternoon. He did not show up. It has been over a week since the work was done and I have called 8 times. The last 4 times I left messages but did not get any response. So the problem persists even though I paid United Sprinkler to repair it.

It seemed to go pretty well but the final bill was extremely high because of the service & labor charges. They repaired the pipe and replaced the sprinkler heads. They also went over the lawn and fixed some of the broken heads and dug up some heads that were underground. When I got the bill I noticed that for the 2 hours or so of work they charged $230 for "service & Labor" in addition to their parts costs. I am assuming that they overcharged me for the labor because of the neighborhood. If the price had been reasonable they would have gotten a better rating from me.

Chris came, and he worked without any problems, and was very nice to my husband, and explained what was wrong.  We will use this Company again.  He didn't take advantage of us, and was honest and considerate.  Thank you

They have repaired my spinkler and it seems to keep breaking. We have had the exact same problem 4 times. They keep coming out to fix it and they charge me for it each time. I would this to be fixed once and for all and stop paying for each service fee.
