Damian, Diego, Walter, Kyle we're excellent. They answered all of my questions, we're very understanding with my lack of knowledge and went above any beyond. I have never hired a contractor that has worked at this level. I can only give five stars, I would give six.

Once they quoted me $798 to simply replace 4 receptacles I politely asked them to email the quote and that was the end. These kind of quotes for simple projects are unfortunately just a rip off and the estimate was not free as they charged me $49 dollars for the visit, which they did state up front. The gentleman who visited was polite enough, but I feel incredibly bad for those who would think this is normal cost for such an easy repair. Another local business quoted this project at around 30% of the cost for the same work. What a shame.

Just to update my previous review. I spoke with the owner, Mr. Garcia and he apologized and offered to send a technician out to install a new globe which I ordered via the manufacturer and offered to do whatever necessary to make this right. I appreciate his willingness to work with me.

Good, conscientious professionals. You do need to know that, regardless of the work performed, they will be performing a whole-house electrical inspection. Stuff like that never bothers me, but I am only a tenant in this case. It bothered the landlord greatly, even though the house passed with flying colors. He believes it is simply an attempt to pad the bill. I personally appreciate their willingness to find things that, in many cases, need to be found, because let's face it, few of us know enough about electrical things to have a level of confidence that all is well in a given place. These men do certain small things - things that will often go un-noticed, but things that show their level of professionalism (like having special covers on their shoes when they are walking through the house). The job needing to be done required that a part be ordered. I was slightly annoyed at the time it took both for the part to arrive and then to arrange a time for them to come and install it, but everybody is busy. Everything works fine now.

So glad I called Tru-Line Electric! The techs are very knowledgeable and friendly! They will complete all electrical services that you may need including TV mounting. They hid all cables for all my 3 TVs behind the wall which made the end result fantastic. Highly recommend them!

2 technicians arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and did a great job in installing 3 ceiling fans in my condo. They installed the boxes in the ceilings were there were none, assembled the fans and installed them in just over 4 hours. Cleaned up when they were finished and did an awesome job over all.

I was very pleased with the service the staff at tru-line electric provided me with. They where exceptionally professional and showed great customer service which is really hard to find anywhere you go now in days. I loved that they are a team and they worked together in meeting all of my electrical needs . They had a great attitude even though I was a bit complicated with my requests but they didn't mind at all they did everything in their power to meet my needs and they did! During the last couple of months, our home had some power issues in both our Master Bedroom and family room. Truline was able to analyze and diagnosis the problem, even though it was a very difficult issue to find and troubleshoot.  I had called other electricians and they said everything was fine but the power issues continued... until I called Truline They found the outlet that was causing the issue.  

They were able to take care of the problem the same day.  This is a very professional and efficient company.The job was done quick and efficient while surpassing my expectations of service. They really care about their clients and their needs. I will use them again on any electrical project. Thank you Truline Electric!!!.

We are a music school and on Monday when my husband and I arrived at school all along one side of the building the lights wouldn't work.  We called a few companies and none could come until nighttime or the next day. When we called Tru-Line Electric not only did they say they could come in ninety minutes but the manager was out in the field on errands and heard about our situation and came right over.  He impressed us with his professionalism and his expertise. He had everything working correctly and continue to check over our whole system.  He saved our day and school opened on time for the teachers and students.

I called the call center and they were so nice and helpful, They set up an appointment for me about 2 weeks out since this wasn't an emergency or anything. The technician arrived two weeks later right on time and he was extremely professional and courteous, He took his time to do things right and I could not be more happy with the results. This is the first time that I have had to have anything like this replaced and it couldn't have gone better. I will definitely come back for any future needs. Thank you again.
