He came when he said he would and did a great job. We needed a side panel replaced also when racoons lifted the corner and that was around 3:30 in the afternoon. We needed someone to fix it that afternoon and Tom Pagan said he would be here in a half hour to fix it. A half hour later he was here, put a new screen it, and was nice and tight. No racoon issues anymore. Very happy with his work!
