TOGA POOLS

They were horrible.  They subcontracted to come in.  We had to call them back to reline the pavers.  We had 10 grout lines up the driveway.  It looked bad.  When they dug up the driveway they only went down 3 inches.  In the middle of my driveway, there was a cement sewage tank.  They ran into it and filled it in.  They had to come back 4 times to fill the tank.  Eight years later my driveway still looks bad.  I would not recommend them.

Their estimate was reasonable. They were pretty quick and did a good job. We were overall happy with their work. They brought out different colors that we could choose. Two people came out and it took them about two days to finish the work. The work was of good quality.

I haven't been all that pleased because some of the work they did had to be redone. We had to relocate the pool pump because we were installing a wheelchair ramp for my mother-in-law. I would not recommend them. They were difficult to get hold of when I had problems and they didn't get back with me. The significant part of their work was done correctly but I significantly overpaid them. What they installed was called a pool pilot and I found out later than was not what I needed to have done.

Would not use again. Do not recommend.

They did an excellent job. The price was better than any other companies. They were very professional, friendly and easy to work with.

After being frustrated just trying to get estimates from different companies, I was thrilled with meeting one of the owners of Toga Pools, Gary Keith. He arrived as scheduled for our appointment and took his time explaining the options available for my situation. Once I decided to hire them for the job, Gary came out again & helped me choose colors & tile types & had many references & pictures to guide my decisions. Work started on the project the next week just as Gary told me it would. I was very pleased with the politeness & neatness of the workers. What most impressed me is an owner of Toga Pools was on site EVERY SINGLE DAY to make sure the work was progressing as it should, and that I was happy with how things were going. The project finished on schedule without any hitches & looks FANTASTIC! I am a new mom and recent widow, so it was VERY important that I felt safe and not taken advantage of in any way. Toga Pools performed above my expectations in that department.
