He is a very dishonest individual.  It took him ten days of no calls/no shows to get the tree down.  He hires day laborers who don't know what they are doing.  He doesn't provide water so they were always coming up to my home begging for water.  Christopher does not know what he was doing.  He ruined my side yard to get to my neighbor's yard and broke all of my sprinkler heads.  He never filled up the trenches. He has been dishonest about absolutely everything.  He does not get permits and only takes cash.  He will not provide an address, and the only thing I've ever found on him on the internet is mug shots.  I paid him before the work was done, and then he never finished the job.  I have been working with Pinellas County Police Department.  He is a scary fellow.

When they took down the tree, it hit my pool enclosure and pavers, destroyed my pool deck, and caused my pool to drain. This also destroyed my lawn. Turns out they are not licensed or insured. They are doing nothing to resolve the situation. Do not use this company. I now have to replace the pool enclosure, pavers, my pool professional cleaned, sod replaced, and sprinkler system repaired. He will not return my phone calls and I cannot get a hold of them. When I do get a hold of him, he says he will show up the next day and fix the sod, but he never shows. He is bad news. He does not have a regular crew. He hires day laborers. I would not recommend using this company. He wants to be paid in cash.

The guys were trimming other trees in the neighborhood, and asked if they could give me a quote for mine.  The price was very reasonable so I had them start right away.  Everyone was friendly and professional, however there were some dead limbs and others hanging over the driveway I preferred cut off.  They said they would be happy to clean it up a bit better, but I am still waiting. It has been raining (a lot) so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Landscaping went well other than being a no show on one scheduled day.  Mr. Conti did not show up as scheduled to clean up after adding sand to my pavers; I had to finish the job for him.  When he became aggressive, nasty & argumentative on the phone I TOLD MR. CONTI NEVER TO SET A FOOT ON MY PROPERTY AGAIN!  In my opinion, although a talented landscaper Mr.. Conti's attitude and character leaves much to be desired.  UPDATE - ALTHOUGH CONTI WAS PAID TO REMOVE THE STUMP HE ONLY COVERED IT WITH DIRT AND MULCH.  IN MY OPINION THIS BUSINESS SHOULD HAVE IT'S LICENSE REVIKJED !!!

I personally don't have a problem with his use of day labor (if true) - these people want to work to make an honest living and he givies them a job. Chris seems to be trying hard to grow his business and he and his crew work long days in the Florida heat - give these guys a break. I would definitely hire them again, but next time I will request proof of insurance since tree work is very risky.

Provider (Christopher Conti) came into neighborhood on a Sunday and started with one home and began to work around neighborhood offering services at other homes. At first he seemed be professional but it quickly went south. He uses day labor, does not have anything more than a chainsaw and ladders, no buckets. he was not punctual and did not complete agreed upon services for fees paid, and asks for half of price to be paid each day worked because he has insufficient cash flow to pay day labor. His employees used bathroom in our yard. While I was at work he convinced my wife to cut additional trees in our front yard, she was reluctant but he reduced price and agreed to have his men rake out leaves. i paid him the last day before departing for work so as not to have him interrupt my wife who works from home and has to be on the phone. i contacted him to determine when he planned to return to complete work, got the run around . Wife contacted him several more times and he indicated he was not in the area, pay someone else and send him the bill, no confidence he would pay. It is unfortunate the service provider only has a near term business view. I had discussed using his landscape services which we were trying to coordinate reviewing his prior landscape work when he returned to complete remaining tree service work. So for the cost of what he would have paid a couple of laborers to complete about a remaining $50 of work, he will loose any of our future business and now has a bad review on Angies's List and will get some unwanted word of mouth advertising.
