Sandra is a very conscientious professional dedicated to the excellent care of pets, cats, dogs, etc. She is a great value and affords enormous peace of mind. She is reliable and follows all instructions perfectly. She will text you daily if you like, even send a photo of your pet. Sandra makes it so you really won't worry about your pet (s). Very informed about vets in the area, and has a working knowledge of the medical needs of all of your pets. Call her.

I have been using The Pet Nanny of Trinity for four years to care for my cats when I'm away. I can not speak highly enough about the wonderful care Sandra has provided. She is dependable, professional and the cats love her. I have some special needs and elderly cats who require extra attention and medication and Sandra lovingly tends to all their needs. I am fully comfortable leaving them in her care and highly recommend her.

We have two dogs and four cats and we often work and travel away from home. We've hired many petsitters over the years with varying degrees of success. Sandra is possibly the most professional, organized, compassionate and trustworthy person we've ever found. She asked us for detailed information about our pets and knew their names and personalities even before she came to meet them for the first time. They all bonded with her instantly. She keeps great records, has a backup plan for emergencies, pays close attention to detail so we finally feel we can leave home for long periods without worrying about our "kids" at home. She can also help us out on days when we just want a quick midday visit to make sure the dogs get outside (they have a dog door but sometimes forget to use it). Sandra has been doing this professionally for 9 years, she isn't just doing it "on the side," she takes her responsibility very seriously and runs her business accordingly. What a relief to find a great petsitter! Highly recommended!

Things went well, I was nervous at first , having someone in your home when you are gone is a big step for me,
She had my alarm codes and keys as well as the security of my home in her hands.
We don't live in the greatest neighborhood so needless to say I was somewhat concerned.
Everything went fantastic.
She did everything she said,
No issues with security
Showed up everyday,
Brought in my mail.
Garbage.
What impressed me the most is she had commonsense , she seemed very intelligent , and she knew what she was doing ..there were no mistakes ,when I talked to her I felt very comfortable as far as her capabilities.

Sandra is the best. Even though my kitty Pepper is not a people person Sandra always give her the best in care. Pepper actually is more relaxed and friendly when we come home. I love the fact that she keeps in contact with you while your gone.

We were out of town for an entire week and Sandra sent me a text update with a photo every day we were gone to show how well the cats were doing. For an overprotective cat momma such as myself, this was very reassuring! Part of our vacation fell on Mother's Day and she sent me an e-card from the cats which I thought was so sweet, and when I got home there was another Mothers Day card and a gift certificate, as well as a daily diary of what went on during her visit. I will for sure use her services again, and highly recommend her.

Sandra is just wonderful and my two cats love her! Not only does she come visit/feed, etc. every day we're gone, but she leaves me a little written diary of how the visit went. It's fun reading at the end of the trip and I'm so grateful for her careful attention to detail. And for the first time, the cats are not mad at us when we return from our trips!

I have a cat nanny. She comes and looks after my cats when we are out of town. They come to me. I last used them two weeks ago. She is very good with the pets and she comes to the home so our cats don't have to be boarded.
