The door itself was $500 and the rest was labor. I had to get a custom door because, this is an old house. They had to order it and they jacked up the price almost three times. That is not Home Depots fault. I was insistent on a steel door. They arranged for a company to come and measure it, to make sure I got the right sized door. It had to have a permit and they pulled the permit. It was $175 for the permit. Then a county inspector had to come out and check it after the guy was done with it. It was a lot more involved than I thought. Legally, that is what they have to do. I found out that they send a guy out every three to five years who walks around my property and looks for new window and doors, if there wasn't a permit pulled on it I would get a fine. Anytime that I'm looking for something, the people will measure it and tell me how to find them. Even a simple little thing like a screw, they ask what I need, what am I looking for and how can I help you. When I need a plumbing hose, he told me what to get and it's a really good store. The people that work there are good. The ladies in the garden area are very knowledgeable. I bought my mowing stuff there and they made sure that I knew the different things about the mowers and how to work it. All of the departments that I have used, have been very good. It was excellent service. Everything was super about what they did. Everyone from the salesman on down was great. The guy that installed the door made sure it locked and it wasn't to tight. They covered everything. I will use them again.

I would recommend them to other people. They treated me well and I didn't have any problems. I would go back to them in the future.

They were very good, helpful and delivered the appliances when promised. They took the old appliances and the boxes from the new ones away without charging me for it. I got rebates on some of the appliances.
