The owner came and gave the estimate and after a couple of visits a contract was agree. There was no pressure it was a good experience.
On the agreed date the team turned up on time, introduced themselves explained what they were going to do and set to work. they were efficient and clean. when the work was complete they took time to walk us thru and answered any questions we had.
All in all a pleasant and stress less experience.
I called Terk's Aluminum for an estimate and found it reasonable for the job. I like using local contractors and businesses. Al Terk came right out and gave the estimate and collected the deposit. The door was ordered and several weeks later a very nice man name Anders came to install it. Very punctual. Cost was exactly as they said. It took a little longer because he didn't have the correct threshold. This was corrected while I left for work. I called after work to have the lock adjusted and this was done same day. A great experience!
They are professional excellence, with detailed workmanship! Efficient, punctual, with a thorough cleanup process. Completed the installation in 3 1/2 days.
Their cost bid proposal was in the mid range of the three I received
