He was friendly and courteous but overcharged and didn't do a good job on either pool. The lid to the pump was over tightened. I had called him to loosen it. He never came to do it. I had to pay someone else to get the lid off

They come in every week. Truthfully, through the years, I have never had any problem with them. If there is a problem with the equipment or the pool, they send someone over usually within 48 hours to fix it. They keep the pool clean and keep the chemicals, so in general they are one of the few companies that I never had any major issue with. If the regular person is behind schedule, they call me to inform me that he will not be here that day. They are not the cheapest, but they do a pretty good job. I would use them again in the future.

They come once a week and they are amazing. They clean our pool, clean filters, put in chemicals. They are wonderful. We only were going to use them for a short period of time but they do such a great job and our their prices are so great that we signed them up for longer. They are always on time.

I guess I've never had a problem with them. I never really had to call them because they haven't done something. When I ask them to do something extra, when they can they do it. They've been sending the same guy here for several years now. They've just been reliable overall. I have no problem with them so I keep them. They may be a little bit more expensive than some of the other services but I know I can trust them. I've had people ask me for recommendations and I always recommend them. I always tell them they do a good job, that's first and foremost. They know what they are doing. They are knowledgeable, they know about the pool and equipment. My pool has always been chemically balanced. They know their business, she's been in business for quite a while. It's a family owned business and I like the way she runs it. When they can't come on the day they are supposed to they call and let me know.

My pool always looks good. I've had the same guy servicing my pool for about 4 years now which is unusually for a pool service. They come on the same day every week even though the time varies. They come right to my house anytime I've had an issue with my pool. They take care of anything that needs to be done overall. They come on a weekly basis but they charge by the month.
