It went very well. Fair price, prompt and quality work.

He was terrible oh my god. I am going to write something up pretty about him. I got all the information written down and I got all of dates and everything and when I talked to him. I hired him like probably three years ago this has been dragging on and I told him in the beginning after he did the job. The driveway out here on mountain hill so I wanted the driveway to bit little bit flat so backed up out of my garage and be on a flat service and I could drive out of it and he said okay, but then when he did the job he did the job and left. The front of my property is an angle and I do have a telephone there also and I am just going to slide into a telephone poll the way the ground just goes down in that direction and that is part I wanted to have it flat and when he is talking about 15 feet from where he were started they way he ended say 15 x 20 or something like that so we didn't like it was flat that was one thing and he did another job on other end of my driveway after two months of the black top being done which I thought was good enough two months later I had my little truck come in and he sank on the front of my driveway over there. When he came back he told me he would fix that also and he came back once to do and also back behind there supposed to be a 3 foot walkway from my patio to the driveway and they finally put that in and then when he did come back he came back when I was not here, no notification I just happened to come back one day and it was done, but he didn't do the front, it still to be done. I did send him a certified letter last year and year before to finish up and he hasn't completed it yet and I plan on sending him another certified letter might before the 1st of April to come back and finish it. I didn't want to go for the courts and all that stuff. I would never use him again.

'They were prompt and completed the job on time and budget. Initially, I was very happy with the job. My bad experience comes from their failure to stand behind their warranty. Roughly two months after the job was complete, the driveway sustained some damage along the edge. Basically, the edge started to crumble. I was not sure if this would be covered under the warranty, so I called Stanley to see. I was able to speak to them one time and then could never get a hold of them again. It seems like as soon as they found out I was calling regarding warrantly, they completely blew me off. They would not answer the phone or return my messages. I tried continously for 6 months and eventually gave up.

Work was done on time and am happy with the job.

They were good.

They didn't remove all of the old asphalt as they should have done. The work that they did do was not done according to what the salesman said they would do. The workers were courteous but the work was shoddy.

I was very disappointed in the job. He was suppose to put a three inch layer of blacktop down. He only put a one and a half inch layer down. He was to cut out the cracks and fixed them that way. Instead, he just paved over the cracks to cover them up. I did not receive the exact service that I had hired him for.

IT WAS A WEIRD SITUATION, THEY JUST HAPPENED TO SEE THAT MY DRIVEWAY NEEDED WORK AND THEY WERE DOING A JOB FOR A NEIGHBOR. THEY OFFERED TO DO THE JOB FOR ME AND IT WAS A GREAT PRICE, SO I AGREED.

IT WAS GREAT. IT WAS WHAT WE WANTED, WHEN WE WANTED AND HOW WE WANTED. IT'S LEVEL. IT'S NOT DIRTY. WE HAD MUD BEFORE. THE KIDS PLAY BASKETBALL ON IT. EVERYBODY HAS THEIR OWN CAR, WE HAVE PLENTY OF ROOM. THE PEOPLE WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. WE HAD A LOT OF CARS PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY AND THEY GAVE US INFORMATION ON WHEN WE COULD GET BACK IN AND WHAT WE SHOULD DO TO MAINTAIN IT.

I CALLED THEM FROM AN AD IN THE YELLOW PAGES. I DIDN'T GET RESPONSES FROM SOME OTHERS. THEY WEREN'T MY FIRST CHOICE, BUT THEY WERE MORE RESPONSIVE THAN OTHERS. I WAS NOT HERE WHEN THEY DID THE WORK. I THOUGHT THE JOB WAS ACCEPTABLE, BUT IT WASN'T PERFECT. IT WAS GOOD BUT NOT AS GOOD AS IT COULD HAVE BEEN. I DIDN'T HAVE MUCH TO COMPARE THE PRICE TO, BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS IN THE BALLPARK.
