We used this company because we have a rubber roof on our manufactured home. They did a soft wash used a machine that worked on our roof and cleaned it amazingly. We did have to request a receipt via email, but it was sent promptly. They cleaned our roof and our neighbors roof on the same day and coordinated the date with us. I won't hesitate to call them again!
