Terrible , Guy named chris the company sent , would not go up into attic and find the rats path, He stated he didn't like insulation. In the four weeks time he caught 0 rats .. meanwhile I had to take care of the problem so I crawled up into attic set 12 wooden traps and caught 9 rats so far ... They did nothing and charged us . Don't waste your money... The guy Chris is completely incompetent in the rat catching business. I never seen such nonsense .
