Please do not be fooled by his professionalism!!!!!!!!!!!!!  He obviously knows how to talk the talk!!!!!!!!!!!  I should have read the post somebody else posted on Angie’s List before calling Sean Cole Inc. (Tim Martin).  I regret so much calling him to come over to my house.  Tim Martin came over to my house April 20th to offer me a free estimate, (after re-scheduling a couple of times) I should have known something was up!!!!!!.  The job to be performed was to paint 1 room 13x13 (Baby Nursery), 2 of the walls were going to be a solid color and the other 2 walls were supposed to be stripes from the floor to the ceiling.  Also, he was supposed to sand and paint the front door plus install a window film. Tim Martin told me everything was going to be done in 2 days.  Since he doesn’t work on the weekends, I had to ask my neighbor to let him in the house and stay with him since I couldn’t take a day off.  He was supposed to be in my house at 8:30am so I could go over the design and the colors.  8:45am came by and he was nowhere to be found so I gave him a call, which he didn’t pick up his cell phone.  He called me 10 min. later stating that he needed to take his “daughter” someplace, but since I was waiting for him he was going to come to the house right away….. He showed up at the house around 9:00am, went over the design and colors and left after 5 min.  He didn’t come back to the house until 11:30am….. which by the way he didn’t come back with the paint.  At 12:30pm he was tired and told my neighbor that he needed to clear his head and grab some lunch after putting tape ONLY in 1 wall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  He came back from lunch at 2:00pm, went upstairs to continue working.  Somebody call him on his cell phone and stayed in his car for 30 min and finally left the house at 3:30pm. Tim Martin didn’t even complete to put the tape in whole wall. On top of everything, I called him many times throughout the day just to make sure we were still on schedule, and he never denied that he was running behind. Later that night I made the decision that I didn’t want him to continue working on my babies’ room, since obviously the project was going to take more than 2 days, plus after reading the other post about him, I was going to be left with a crappy job that I was going to have to complete. If you want somebody reliable, PLEASE do not call Sean Cole inc. (Tim Martin)

WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH TIM MARTIN. HE DID WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO WHEN HE SAID HE'D DO IT. HE WAS VERY NEAT, DID A GOOD JOB, AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS.
