EVEN BEFORE I HIRED HER FOR THE JOB, KAREN WAS VERY HELPFUL! I DO NOT SEW AND I APPRECIATE THAT SHE ''BABY-STEPPED'' ME THROUGH THE PROCESS. SHE ADVISED ME ON HOW MUCH FABRIC TO ORDER AND WHICH DRAPERY RODS TO BUY. SHE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY PHONE CALLS--WHICH WERE NUMEROUS. SHE HELPED WITH THE DESIGN OF THE DRAPES, WITHOUT CHARGING A DESIGNER'S FEE. KAREN WAS ALWAYS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. SHE ARRIVED ON TIME, WHEN SHE CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE TO MEASURE AND PICK UP THE MATERIALS. WHEN SHE RETURNED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT, SHE CAREFULLY HUNG THE DRAPES. HER WORK IS OUTSTANDING! I HAVE PURCHASED A GREAT NUMBER OF WINDOW TREATMENTS AND THESE ARE THE BEST.
