S&G GARAGE DOORS

S&G were FANTASTIC!! Came to our house ASAP! I compared the estimated price that 2 other company's to S&G. They were almost twice as mush than S&G!! The other company's stated it would be better if we get a new garage door. When S&G did the work he stated we do NOT need a garage door at all. The work he did and overall cost was GREAT!

Showed up when he said he would and job was finished in the time frame he gave me (4-5 hours). Easy to set up the job from the quote to the final install. I much prefer to support the small owner/operator of local companies then the large franchises that are just churning numbers.

Found one of the springs broken Sunday night. Called S&G shortly after 8 ok Monday morning. He gave me an estimate which was in line with other estimates I had seen for replacing both springs. He said he’d be here between 11 and 1 same day. He arrived just before noon, 30 minutes later he was all done, he checked the door (lubed, etc)and it is much quieter now. All good and great work. 4 year parts and labor warranty too.

Technician came on time and diagnosed the problem of garage right away.he did excellent Job and highly recommend and the price are so cheap compared to the other door's company

Called Steve at S&G who quoted several Lift-Master replacement models and after I selected one he came early the next morning. Installation took about the one hour he quoted the day before. I was pleased with his promptness and professionalism. He instructed me on how to operate this new unit as it had many modern features which my 14 year old unit did not have. Steve also installed new coil springs several years ago and I was impressed at that time with his business demeanor. Fortunately he had put a company sticker on the inside of my garage door so I was able to contact him.. I also spoke to a neighbor who had Steve install a similar brand opener to see if he was satisfied with the work (he definitely WAS). I will recommend S&G to anyone in my 55+ gated community needing garage door and opener work.

Steve gave me a 2 hour window and arrived on time and went right to work. Clearly knew what he was doing, was methodical in the replacement. Did a quick check of the rest of the door and lubricated all moving parts. Two weeks out everything is working perfectly. There was no pressure to replace any other parts or extended warranties....

Great! Owner operated, friendly and proficient. I decided to have the bottom seal replaced which he did a few days later.

We called S&G, on Sunday. Steve came over half an hr. later. Great service, great price. Will never use another company again. Glad we found S&G !

Great,Steve is always prompt and reliable. He even gave me a tutorial over the phone to try and remedy the problem myself . Wouldn't use anyone else .

Great communications, right on time, job completed quickly but also very thoroughly and professionally.

I've used Stephen twice for garage work. Each time I called, I recieved same day service. His pricing is fair and most importantly, he shows up when you need him. It's a small time business that conducts work like one of the big hitters in the industry. I recommend Stephen and will be calling him when ever I have a garage door issue.

Steve was great. He made me aware that he was very busy, but, would try to fit us in under the circumstances. He kept in touch, was able to slide us into the schedule, and showed up on time while performing his job perfectly. Very friendly and professional.

Stephen arrived at my house within a few hours of my call due to the fact that I could not move my garage door up or down and my vehicle was inside of garage. (The door was stuck halfway up/down) He reattached the torsion cable and lubricated the door and it works perfectly. He was courteous, professional and a great person to do business with. I would highly recommend S & G Garage Doors.

He came on the same day as my request. He was able give me an estimate based on the text pictures I sent to him. Steve was very courteous and fix the door quickly.

I had the motor relocated in order to install a drop down attic stair. Steve came out and we discussed how to go about relocating the motor.. He scheduled the fix for a week later. Came out today right on time and did a fabulous job. Stephen's quote was very reasonable compared to others and he did not try to sell anything I did not need. After Stephen's work the door runs better than it has for years. He also fixed a squeak on the larger door at no additional charge. I asked Stephen to leave his card. We would definitely use him again and refer Stephen as well. Nice young man and hard worker.

The technician came out and repaired my garage door spring. He was professional and courteous. I wanted to have someone who wasn't a "big corporate name", I wanted to help a "smaller" business. I am SO glad that I did. Not only was the price estimate lower than the "big guys"; we were given exceptional service and instructions to help alleviate an impending issue, I told him about. Called on May 23rd about broken spring and Stephen was able to come out and replaced the both springs several hours later.

Scott Perry showed up on time and did an excellent job. We believe he saved us a lot of money by not trying to sell us a new garage door opener. He was very professional and explained everything that was wrong along with the repair that he performed. We will definitely use him again in the future.

Very happy with the service provided.  Very friendly, personal service, on time and quick responses.  Great business to deal with!  I highly recommend.

My garage door opener died in a glorious puff of smoke on a Wednesday.  I saw that Steve was local and sent a message via Angie's List.  Steve responded to that message within the hour, and I called him soon after (this was roughly around 7pm).  He gave me my choices over the phone, and I was able to schedule an appointment for him to install a new opener that Friday.  
He was on time, and quickly got to work.  He explained what he was going to do.  After installation, he explained how to work the equipment.  He was professional, timely, and the price he quoted over the phone was the price I paid.  There were no hidden fees or extras.  Afterwards, my new garage door is nice and quiet.  I will be using Steve for any of my garage door needs in the future.
