Outstanding! Quality work. Keith was very prompt in coming over to give an estimate. We had several areas to refinish so this was no easy job. We also needed to have news stairs put in and new quarter rounds in addition to repairing floors that were over 80 years old so a big job indeed. Our living room, dining room, kitchen, closets , front hall and stairs all needed work. The job would take 5 days. Everything had to be moved out. Steve, Nate and Keith came over on Monday at 9:00 am sharp we went over everything. We picked out a stain color after Nate and Steve prepared the wood for some sampling. We then went on vacation. Keith kept us up to date as the project moved along. When we came back on Saturday our floors looked like new. Stan, Nate and Keith know what they are doing. Their finish carpentry was also excellent. The job was outstanding. I would highly recommend them. Thank you gentlemen for making our 1st floor look like new!

Keith, Steve and the Royal Wood Floors team did an absolutely amazing job on my floors. After ripping up the carpet in my house, I was disappointed to find out that the hardwood underneath was in bad shape--old finish, moisture damage, copious amounts of paint and 40 years of carpet filth made it an ugly sight. After a few quotes, I got the best feeling from Keith. He was genuine, knowledgeable, confident that his team could make my floors look great again, and all for a very reasonable price. I'm glad I chose RWF--I was simply astounded by the way the floors came out. All the paint and moisture damage and mid-century floor finish is history, leaving a floor I'm tremendously proud of. I had no idea that my floors could sparkle again in the way they do now. Keith and company were also respectful of my house and my time, and kept me updated on the status of the job. Even though I have no hardwood left in my house to refinish, Keith would be the only call I'd make if I ever needed another floor refinished, and I'd unflinchingly recommend him to anyone needing any sort of flooring service.

Scott arrived promptly, on time. He took his time to ensure that we understood the process and knew when he would be completing the various steps of the process. He made sure that everything was covered in plastic that needed to be, and that dust was contained. We checked progress nightly after work and kept in touch as the project progresses. Scott even took time out to have us come by at lunch to check and approve the color for the floors. We felt very much "in the loop" with the project, and upon completion, we could not have been happier. They looked and felt great! We could not be happier with the outcome - Would HIGHLY recommend Royal Wood Floors!
