He came promptly to provide me with an estimate. He emailed me a reasonable estimate the same day. He was available to start the job right away. Ty came in really early to work and was always punctual. He does quality work. He painted the wainscoting and helped me install the fabric to cover the panels. It was one of a kind job. He is easy to work with and have good communication. I recommended him to my family members. I will use Ty for my next carpentry projects.

We heard about Ty from 2 neighbors of ours, so we thought we'd give him a try. I called him and we set up an appointment to come and give an estimate. He arrived to review the work and was on time for the appointment. He sent an email with the estimate broken down into peices for several items I wanted to work on. Careful, his email went straight to the Junk folder and I didn't know it until a week after he sent it. Ty didn't follow up either. Once we did connect I hired him.
We had difficulty scheduling between his vacation and work load and my business schedule. However, we finally were able to get it done on Aug 13th. A couple weeks after my ideal time. The work was done in about 3 hours. Ty did all the wood cutting outside and clean up after himself when he was done. He was focused and didn't take any breaks while he was here.

The work completed was excellent. We loved the frame out of the window and the repairs on the sill and basebaords have held up very well. Outside of a few late returned phone calls, Ty was excellent to deal with.

This was not an easy job. It took a day to prepare the wood, 1/2 a day to setup the scaffolding and 2 days to install. As usual with today's homes, the ceiling was out of square. Thanks to Ty's and Rebecca's skills, the ceiling looks great, a far cry better than the sheet rock the builder originally installed (how they get away with putting sheet rock as an exterior ceiling I will never know). They worked through stifling 95 degree weather and worked around a spa without any complaints. The area was left clean and all excess materials removed. Thanks Ty and Rebecca for a great job. The ceiling is primed and ready for the new house paint (scheduled for next week).

Ty was very professional. He called the previous evening to confirm our appointment for the next day. He also called when he was on his way to my house. He did an excellent job putting up the chair rail and painting it. He usually installs crown molding, and I will call him when we add that feature.
