He is here within a day or two of calling him. He comes regularly in the summer and as needed at other times. He uses new equipment and is very personable.

We were told the lawnmower blade broke before the job was finished. Sprinklers weren't repaired and trees weren't trimmed. He charged us less overall than the quote, but ended up being more per hour because he only worked half as long. We paid promptly and in full, but when we requested several times, Joe never returned to finish the job. We are very disappointed with his commitment to finishing the job. We will not use him again.

He does a very good job. His prices are reasonable, and he is always prompt. He calls before he comes and is here within 15 minutes of his call.
