We found Right Click on Face Book, and after bad experiences with 2 other so called experts we decided to give them a try. Chuck was considerate enough to let us schedule an appointment after hours so we didn't have to miss work and actually arrived early for our appointment. After assessing the problem for a 10 minutes or so, he was able to locate and fix the problem. He then installed a anti virus program so we wouldn't have that issue again. A week later we decided to buy a new printer, and we had a hard time setting it up. We called Right Click back and they were able to log in remotely, and downloaded the proper drivers we needed to get it working again.
