Beth was very responsive and easy to work with. She busted her tail to find the best mortgage for my needs at the best available rates. The entire process from start to finish was under 3 weeks. This is the fourth refinance I've ever gone through (first on this house) and was the easiest I've ever experienced. Beth delivered and was able to close on the refinance 2 days earlier than originally promised.
