Ramagon Tile

Mr. Gonzalez did not put up proper plastic when removing tile floors and did not secure it. He then turned on my air conditioning when my ceiling was open and not only wasted my electric since the air was going into the attic, by putting on the air and not having everything sealed off he got the tile dust blown throughout a 2000 sf home and all into my ac vents creating over $1000.00 in clean expense for me. He would come to my home and do some of the work and then say he was going for lunch and be gone for hours. I found he was going to another job. He was trying to do more than one job at once and getting money throughout the phases from each homeowner. His practices caused a back up of the other work to be done so when he was pushed by the other trades, he rushed and put the tile down with uneven spacing and not level. He then grouted and the grout was not even throughout the floor. The tile had large spaces on one side of an entrance way and smaller spacing on the other. With allot of tile available to him he did not look to see what was the best out of the tile and just slammed it down. He ran out of grout and put in grout that did not match. He also has grout clumped in the corners and against wood where he cut the tiles wrong. He also unplugged my refrigerator and plugged into a dead outlet which caused me to lose a massive amount of food. I still can not get the smell out of the frig. In the meantime all he did was ask for money every time he was there for a couple hours and has so much more to complete. I can not tell you enough what a nightmare he has caused with a terrible job, backing up the other tradesmen and the tile dust throughout my entire house even into the drawers and on the kids toys etc etc. It took me over $500.00 to hire someone to get the house rid of the tile dust and almost $500.00 for my ac vents to be cleaned out and the food his spoiled on me and the electric bill from the ac just blowing out the open ceiling into the attic. I do not live in the home yet so I was not there all the time. When I was there he always had a story and always asking for money towards the job. You have got to stay away far far away from this guy and his company.
