I met with the owner of Rains Restoration and signed an agreement for him to speak to my insurance company about my existing claim. The signature from the agreement was transferred to a contract that holds funds to repair the damage to my home. The funds will not be released to me until Rains Restoration releases me from contract. Rains Restoration has not completed any work for me and after dealing with the owner, I have no intention of using them. I need a release signed by the owner immediately to so that I can take care of the growing mold in my home since the leak on May 2013. As of today, the release has not been granted.
Description of Work: Provided an estimate and submitted requests to my insurance company.
