+ -1 moreHe did the original termite work on that house. He knows out house well and he is very thorough at checking every part of the house. He is reasonably priced, didn't leave a mess behind and is very care full when he let all of his equipment. He was dealing with my wife and kids while they were in the house and he didn?t mind them getting in his way. He works well with our family.
Description of Work: R C Pest Control Inc holds the termite contract on a rental property that I own. This is actually a one man company and he comes in during the month of May every year for inspection.

+ -1 moreInspector was efficient and conducted the testing in a thorough manner. He was on time, prompt and very courteous. He displayed extensive knowledge with regards to his profession.
Description of Work: Conducted testing for the presence of wood-destroying organisms by checking the exterior grounds and all interior spaces.
