+ -1 moreI was unimpressed with their knowledge. We had two problems with our movie theater. The light on the projector would knock out during the movie and then come back on and our base shakers on our theater seats did not work. Both assessments that we were given on these items were incorrect. We did not need a new bulb (as we had plenty of hours left) and our receiver was not burnt out on our system. The settings were off. I also inquired about replacing a NuTone system and they essentially told me to look online for what I want and give me the stock numbers and they will quote me by phone. No product to show. Needless to say, I declined.
Description of Work: We had two problems with our movie theater. The light on the projector would knock out during the movie and then come back on and our base shakers on our theater seats did not work. Both assessments that we were given on these items were incorrect. We did not need a new bulb (as we had plenty of hours left) and our receiver was not burnt out on our system. The settings were off. The only thing they did was reset a couple of the settings but in doing so forced us to change our projector setting everytime when we never had to do that in the past.
