PROFESSIONAL GARAGE DOORS

He was here just a couple of hours after my call and the work took only about 20 minutes. Very prompt, quick and knowledgeable. Nice to have access to a local, family owned business that supplies great service.

The spring broke on Saturday, 9/23. I called two other companies. One was an answering service and they had no idea when anyone would call me back. The other was Precision Door, who had installed our door. They could not come out before Wednesday, maybe later. I called Professional Garage Door and they said they could have someone at our house on Monday, 9/25, between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. Dan the repairman arrived between the time stated. He gave us the price of $175, which was the price quoted us on the phone on Saturday. It included everything. He was courteous, easy to talk to, and did a great job. He gave us a three year warranty, and the price included tax.

Tech came promptly at 5:30 pm on a Friday - quickly and professionally removed/replaced the part. BUT he aggressively tried to sell me a new garage door opener and/or all new parts which I did not need.

I called Bill at 2PM.  He was at my house by 3.  The Job was finished by 3:30.  By looking at the garage door I could tell a Spring was broken. He quoted me over the phone, provided quick response time and great service.

everything went great. Bill was extremely punctual showed up on time was very professional very responsive to our needs also had. Well is extremely fairly priced. We have used himonce before A few months earlier when and where garage door with the longer open. He rewired the sensor for one of the doors. He is extremely reasonable in price and again he came out right away and service that we need. Very honest guy. Knows what he's doing.

I contacted the company due to the good reviews in Angie's list and the proximity to my home.   I called and he was able to come out same day to give me estimate and recommendations on what repairs were necessary.   Bill was knowledgeable about the issues and offered me multiple options and his recommendation.  We agreed on a price and he was able to do the work immediately.
The work was performed as he had explained and he even added in some additional parts to make sure the solution would work correctly. 
I recommend this company to anybody that needs repair on their garage doors.   I would not hesitate to call him again if needed in the future for repair or replacement.

My husband called and Bill said he would be here within 2 hours... HE WAS!
He took out the trolley, showed us how it was worn and replaced it with a new one. He did a review of our system, deemed it in good working order and explained what a new system would entail when and if we ever needed one. That price was a deal too!

Bill did a wonderful job completing fixing the garage door for my father.  I did not know there was a safety issue with the springs and he solved the issue in case a spring would break again in the distant future.  He was friendly and professional.  He arrived on time, had all the parts so the work was done quickly and proficiently.  His price was great after applied discounts.  I would definitely recommend him to a friend or use him in the future.

Called Bill on a Friday morning around 8:30. He was at my house in 20 minutes.  One of the garage door springs snapped.  He replaced both. They were old and the 'good' one looked like it was ready to go any minute.  He checked out all the door parts. Greased the squeaky parts and adjusted the sensor. He also explained a few things to me about the door, for example, I wasn't aware that the door was set up as a hurricane door. All in all this was about as quick and painless as I could have asked for.  Bill is very nice and very knowledgeable.  Will use him again, if needed.  Thanks, Bill!  Great job.

I was shocked at how quickly they responded and got the work done. Their pricing was also very reasonable. They were in and out, and it's worked perfectly ever since. They're good people, and they did an excellent job.

He was prompt, professional. Got right to work. Had the parts on his truck. Took 30 minutes - start to finish.

We called PGD on Sunday, the day before Memorial Day Monday. They responded and provided us service that very day and fixed our garage door. We were very pleased with their service.

One of the garage door springs broke, so both were replaced, The garage door had been noisy; it turns out that the roller bearing were bad, so he put on new rollers.

My garage door wouldn't open last night. I called Genie and was informed that the problem is with the spring. My car was trapped in the garage! I called Mr. Gardner at the number listed and he responded immediately. He agreed to come within 2 hours. Bill was punctual and polite. The spring was replaced in under an hour and there is a 3 year warrantee. He cleaned up after himself and even oiled the squeaky track. Would definitely use this company again.

The service provided was outstanding. We set up the appointment with Bill and his brother Dan arrived on time. He was extremely friendly, professional, polite, and thorough. He kept me and my husband abreast of everything he was doing, explained everything in detail, and answered all of our questions. He spent a few hours working at our home and did a very neat and clean job. Our doors have never worked so well and so quiet - thanks to Professional Garage Door! The door would buckle and crash down, sounded like the door was going to come apart. I thought I would need a new door. He was able to fix it to our satisfaction. We were very pleased we didn't have to purchase a new door. The work was also done when the estimate was given. We were also told that if we didn't like the way the door worked, the parts would be removed and it would cost us nothing. The door works great and is quiet.

Whenever I call Bill, he works me into the schedule quickly, mosty the same day,usually within hours. Once the next day. Bill has always shows up on time and has been helping me keep my door operating smoothly for 3 years. When I finally have to break down and replace the whole door, I will use Bill again.

They are fast quick and proficient. They were upfront about cost and kept their word.

Bill was able to come out within a few hours of being called. He immediately noticed that the problem was the lubrication of the garage door. He lubricated and adjusted the springs and rollers on the garage door. The sound is gone. Bill did not charge us anything for his time and service. It is amazing to find service like this. We will never go to anyone else but Bill for any of our garage door needs.
