"WE SPRAY ROUND UP IN AREAS WE CAN'T WEED EAT, SUCH AS BEHIND A/C UNITS, DOWN SPOUTS & SCREEN ROOMS; TO MAKE THE JOB LOOK NEATER. I WAS ASKED NOT TO SPRAY ON HIS PROPERTY. AFTER ONE YEAR, AN EMPLOYEE FORGOT AND ACCIDENTLY SPRAYED. I RECIEVED A CALL AND PROMISED I WOULD REPLACE DEAD AREAS IN APRIL OR MAY, AND I WAS SORRY FOR THE CONFUSSION. IT WAS A SIMPLE MISTAKE WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED. - 3/19/04"
