Pool Patrol Pool Service, Inc

My Pool looks like a swamp, and no one bothers to returns a call. I have no idea if they are planning on coming to clean my pool. If I am forced to hire another company, and it looks like I will have to, it will cost me more money because of the condition this company has left it in. DON'T EVE USE THIS COMPANY!

Only 1 person in the entire company cares Thomas is good otherwise the company is irresponsible from the person who give you the quote Adhem likes to charge but not provide service and if you pools gets service its half done terrible company . Eight to ten minutes is not enough time to clean my pool. Brian did half job, I asked for him not to return. Two weeks later there he was vacuuming one swipe in the middle of the pool. It is not Vacuuming the pool. He might do a better job if he got off his phone and paid attention. They did not come on the same day or time which means my dog does not get free time outside, my 4-year-old great-niece does not get her swim lesson. Communication was horrible. They promise a credit, do not believe them. Too many issues to list. I took a video of his lack of cleaning one week. I offered it to his boss so, they could see and maybe retrain him but they were not interested.

Have used Pool Patrol for more than two months now and I am very satisfied with the service. Have had pool maintenance with various companies for more than 29 years living here, so I think I'm qualified to judge when I have a winner.Special kudos to Jim Burke ,who is my Maint .tech and is excellent! Always does a great job.

Jim assessed our needs, quoted a fair price and sent out Scott to service the pool. Scott is amazing. Very conscientious and thorough. Pool Patrol DOES what other companies only promise to do and at a competitive price.

Pool patrol steped right up following a no notice stop of former svc.My pool has never been cleaner. This is class A SVC. THE OWNER HAS EVEN CLEANED MY POOL TWICE. YOU WILL BE PLEASED WITH THIS SERVICE. HARRY WILLIAMS

Jim (the owner) is a straight shooter and very professional. Responded quickly and answered all my questions. Great guy and great company! Thank you!

My only concern was that I was told I would be billed prorated for February and on the 1st of each month going forward. I got billed the prorate and a full month on the same day. A week before the 3/1. I called and left a message and never received a call. Waiting to see if I get billed again on 3/1. If so, my next review will NOT be good.

The owner is very involved and very professional.

They were very professional cleaned my pool explained everything to me. My pool was a mess because my old service was a joke they came did an excellent job would recomend them to my friends. My old pool service was a big company very unprofessional didn't clean my pool half the time owner never called back told my landlord I was unprofessional and used profanities but he never talked to me. They put to much chlorine in my pool and every week was a new kid to maintain the pool. The Chlorine was at 20 level instead of 2.5 level for my pool size.

Since gulf to bay was sold and changed to economy pool service went down the drain. They just stopped showing up, there is no contact number on their invoices or emails, just very shady operation. I am done with them. Very sketchy new owners. My pool hasn?t been serviced in 3 weeks and they still had the nerve to send me a bill.
