As stated above, I take a water sample in every week. I inherited this fiberglass pool, which was severely neglected, when I purchased my house. My pool needs my undivided attention since it's come a long way, after I barely saved it from this neglect. The staff at this Pinch a Penny are very friendly, courteous, and professional. I have not met one employee that I don't like. Businesses are in the profit mode which is fine, but I can say that these folks have never tried to push anything unnecessary on me, to betray my trust in them. They are very knowledgeable, and do care. It's almost like seeing my second family every week.

They are good. The experience has been very good. They are convenient location-wise. The service and staff are very good.

I have had many pleasant experiences with this location. They have fixed my pumps and pool cleaner fix by them many times usually with in one day service
