Not only did we have the same situation twice with them but they’re rated as scammers on the BBB. They will come to the house, charge the $45 visit charge, claim they will need to order a part (an expensive one) order the part, get payment from insurance and then fix the minor problem while keeping said expensive part. We caught them when they did this with our washer. We called (at our own expense) another company for a second opinion because these two are shady as heck and they came out, found that a small plastic piece had come loose. They tightened it, charged us $50 and we have been fine for almost 1-1/2 year with out needing the expensive compressor we were told was being ordered for our 5 month old washer. Now, our 2 year old refrigerator has quit, guess who the insurance company sent? Yep, lucky us. They walked in, looked at the back of the fridge for 2 minutes and said it was a compressor that would have to be ordered. That was 2 days ago. I didn’t hear from them ,yesterday (I was told I would be contacted by the following day about the repair) so I called today and was told that it was too early and was hung up on. I sit here now with now working refrigerator and no follow up from this horrible, rude couple. These people should be avoided at all cost. When I put cost below know that it’s not a high one for me but the insurance company should be concerned.
