tv repair
 + -1 moreI think the main issue was with the manufacturer. They were the ones we were discontent with. They were the main reason for such a long delay.
Description of Work: I used the services of Nexicore Services for TV repair. It was a warranty repair. They were just a contract service company for Toshiba and were sub-contracted by the manufacturer. It was for an unavailable part for a TV that was only a month and a half old, but it took them about 4 months to get the parts to fix the TV. It was not completely their fault. It took a long time for the repair part to reach Nexicore, but they did not keep us informed about what was going on. I was disappointment with them about that.
