Flower delivery went as scheduled and the flowers, by all accounts, were beautiful, with the assortment as I had requested.    When I called to place the order, the owner was in her car and pulled off the road to take my order, though I offered to call her later.  She was clearly invested in making sure the order was the way I wanted it, and when I said I'd like something other than a nondescript glass vase, she offered to put the flowers in a blue vase.  I must say I was disappointed to learn the next day that the vase was clear glass.  Unfortunately, at the time,  I was busy with other pressing obligations and didn't call her to complain.  I did call her eventually, though, to give her the opportunity to explain.  She expressed genuine regret for the error and offered to discount my next order.  I assured her that there would indeed be a next time.  In a world where so many just shrug and walk away, this woman cares very much about customer satisfaction.  I would recommend her without hesitation and plan to call on her the next time I order flowers.

It was lovely.  They were fine and there were no problems whatsoever.  I was pleased with their service.

They helped us put together matching bouquets with a personal touch that meant so much and made our special day even more beautiful.

All flowers were delivered on time, fresh and sympathy cards were attached.

Joanne came in on her day off to show us samples of arrangements.  We chose one and asked her to change a couple of things about it.  She did exactly what we wanted.  She also did a small heart pillow and flower arrangement from the grandchildren.  She delivered everything at the time she asked.  Everything was lovely and we appreciated her kindness.

I had flowers delivered from this florist but they arrangement died pretty quickly. I called and let them know and they actually sent a fresh arrangement in replacement. No questions, no problems, nor did I request a replacement they just did it and the new arrangement lasted beautifully. I was very impressed with them for that and will use their services in the future.
