"I am sorry anyone feels anything unprofessional toward them, but service is required to stop upon notification of cancellation. At the same time of the cancellation request, the owner (wife) wanted continued service by our providing previously completed Mymlsbroker.com disclosures for the friend realtor to review, we respectfully declined this request. However, these forms had previously been delivered to both owners by email and are always accessible in the Mymlsbroker.com Esign solution. Mymlsbroker.com went above and beyond the $299 MLS Only Listing agreement requirements during the entire duration of the service until it was cancelled. This home was listed for 7 months and was Under Contract for about 2 of those months. We are happy that you had "great" service until you cancelled.
