Mobile Car Care

The job was aweful the second time around! The seats in my car were not cleaned at all, he missed the bugs on the front bumper all together, he refused to take a check made out to Mobile Care Care...AGAIN. I told him that was the only way he would get paid. McDonald's was having a promotion at the time, one where a tab could be pulled off drinks and French fries. It was the Monopoly game they have. One of my kids (8 year old son) had a free medium French fry coupon that was in my center console. I don't care about French fries, but when kids win something like that, they think they hit the lottery. Well, Mr. Bill Swisher, the "CEO" of Mobile Care Care STOLE my son's monopoly piece and some loose change in the center console I had. I didn't clean it out since I really didn't think a "CEO" of a company which has "hundred's of franchises across the US" would need to steal a coupon worth $1.50 and .80 cents from me. The guy is a fake and a fraud, who demands paid with checks made out to him directly. If you use this creep, make sure you write a check to Mobile Care Care only, not to Bill Swisher or give him your credit card. He tried to get me to use mine but it was with a square reader which would go.....you guessed it.....directly to Bill Swisher's bank account, NOT to Mobile Care Care the company. He charges $140 for the initial detailing, pushing the $25 unlimited for life details thereafter and that's because the guy will never come back and never send any other employee to detail either, because, guess what? There are no other employees! Not even a "secretary". Don't fall for this guy and his crap!

While I originally gave a rave review after the 1st visit he has done a complete about face After the promise of follow up car washes @$25 each Bill has never returned any of my calls for service I would urge you NOT to use him. He is completely unreliable and unprofessional. There is no excuse for non returned calls. I should have paid attn to the other reviews as they were right on track. I have since found a local guy who actually shows up and does a nice job

Bill arrived on schedule. and did a great job. My car looked great. I look forward to many follow up car washes.

We have used Mobile Car Care in the past with success. Unfortunately, we scheduled 4 different appointments with the and quot;CEOand quot; and he cancelled on every one of them and it required me to continually e-mail him to try and get a new appointment scheduled. Over a three week period, this is what I heard....
Appt 1 - His truck blew a belt and he needed to get the belt fixed. (He told a friend who was scheduled for service that he had been in a minor accident). I had to e-mail him to get any follow up.
Appt 2 - Too wet to detail cars. I had to e-mail him to get him to follow up.
Appt 3 - His and quot;secretaryand quot; e-mailed me to tell me that the and quot;CEOand quot; was asked by his private doctor to fly a patient of his to Atlanta for treatment and that the and quot;CEOand quot; would get back to me. I e-mailed him a few times since the and quot;CEOand quot; never contacted me to reschedule.
Appt 4 - He needed to have emergency gallbladder surgery (on a Sunday) and would be available first thing Monday to detail the vehicles.
I referred a friend to him who was trying to get his vehicles detailed around the same time. Interestingly enough, he cancelled on my friend as well but the stories were a bit different than what I got.
Not sure what is going on with the owner anymore, but I've given up on using this service any further.

I explained to the provider that I am fussy . My car is washed every week and waxed every 3 months. it is also garage kept up north.The car is in immaculate condition, but the weather here is h****** the vehicles. I had little time down here to wax my own car. I searched Angies list.

A normal detailing takes at least 4 hours. He was finished in 2. Bird droppings were still on the hood of the car. Bill said the stains were permanent. After he left I used a car cleaner and removed them myself. The car had a sheen to it after he was finished but it was the wax. The car itself still felt dirty, actually gritty. I wax my own car,it takes me a whole day. I paid a higher price for the detailing. More than any other car detailer estimated. The job He performed I would rate as mediocre, not worth the price paid.

He arrived on time and started right to work. He was very pleasant and very capable. It did not take long at all to finish such a beautiful job. Thank you.

Jerome arrived and immediately got busy washing and waxing both cars and also did the interior of of the CX5. He takes pride in his work and won't leave until both cars are perfect, It took him around 4 hours of solid work and both cars looked terrific when he had finished.
