General Remodeling
Nice guy. Always had a sob story, his father, his wife, etc. The minute he got paid, he never returned to finish the job. Happened to me. Happened to my neighbor. If you hire him, DO NOT PAY HIM until he finishes the job to your satisfaction. Otherwise, you'll never see him again.
