 + -1 moreNice guy. Always had a sob story, his father, his wife, etc. The minute he got paid, he never returned to finish the job. Happened to me. Happened to my neighbor. If you hire him, DO NOT PAY HIM until he finishes the job to your satisfaction. Otherwise, you'll never see him again.
Description of Work: Replaced Soffit. Other work was lined up, but when he failed to finish the first job, all subsequent jobs were cancelled
