Paid him for the month, no show. He did show for the initial visit. I paid him via zelle, he didn't want to pay taxes. He's shady as he wants cash and he won't show up.

"On 7/11/25 I foolishly serviced this person?s house charging her a whopping 50 dollars. After stepping in dog feces inside, yes inside, and seeing the condition of her home, plus speaking to her only on the phone, I decided that I was never going to eliminate her pest problems. (Broken front window, etc.). So when she contacted me 40 days later to set up another trip, I declined. Before I started I was asking via phone how was I going to be paid. I accept Venmo, personal check or cash. It has nothing to do with taxes. I will gladly accept any of the three. And if she?s referring to sales taxes, residential pest control is not required to collect a sales tax. So by treating this women?s house for a price that companies were charging 25 years ago, this was my reward."

He got rid of pests and his every other month visits kept our condo bug free. Price for the service is very reasonable. I would recommend him to everyone. Been doing this service for us for almost 2 years.

We have him on a regular basis. He comes every three months. He is punctual. He always lets us know when he's coming. He calls us the night before. He tells us exactly what he sprays and leaves a list of that. The quality that he does, his punctuality is good, his service is good. His respect for us is good in our house. He is careful that he doesn't leave anything messy or anything like that. We have a dog and he's very careful to spray so the dog doesn't get it on his feet or anything like that.

I have an annual service with him. He comes every three months. If you have a problem with any bugs between the time he comes back he takes care of it. I don't have any roaches, sugar ants and fire ants out in my yard. I don't have any fleas on my dog. We plan to use him in three months, he'll be back in September.

Previously had an ant problem, he resolved it with one treatment. his services are superb and have been dealing with him for a year.
