Mechanic gave me the option of waiting for a cheaper part to be shipped and installed it without delay once it arrived, saving me some $$$! Great service and nice people!

I used this mechanic because they were A-rated and I wasn't disappointed! The receptionist was friendly, courteous and a delight to chat with. The mechanics were professional, knowledgable, and honest, and personally showed me the problem part. I thought it was an exhaust manifold leak but it turned out to be a faulty emission valve. I am bringing in my wife's vehicle next week and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great !! He's the best mechanic around!! I love his work!! He company is like the ole days !! Friends and Family working together in harmony!! Who can ask for More!! He's staff and wife explains everything for you so you know where you stand!! If he comes across something while he's working on your vehicle he calls and advise you of what he'd found that gives you options to do it are if he thinks it can last little longer are not!! THEY KEEP YOU INFORMED ABOUT PROBLEMS AND COST!!! So you are at the wheel !! With repairs and cost!!! OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE ACHIEVEMENT!!! :)

They were very, very good. They were thorough, efficient and did a great job.

My first time at this shop was fantastic. Appointment was easy and everyone extremely friendly. Mecahnic diagnosed problem immediately and provided accurate estimate. Part had to be ordered and it was installed first thing the next day. They even brought out the broken pulley to show me what exactly failed. Even better, they called me later to inform me I qualified for a rebate on the belts and they sent in the rebate form for me. I will definately use them again for future car repairs.

They gave me an estimate of the cost and then ordered the part and said it would take a day or two and and we scheduled an appointment.
The following Wednesday I dropped off my truck and they completed the job on time. I then asked them to do an oil change and they said they would and I could pick the truck up later that afternoon.
The AC system now works and I am very satisfied with the experience and found the people very nice and easy to work with.

I had gotten an estimate from several places recommended by Angie's List and Master Mechanics was close to my house and gave me a reasonable estimate. They were able to start work on my truck the day after I called for an appointment. Steve worked to make sure the master cylinder worked properly as well as doing the brake replacement work. He explained what he was doing. The waiting area has some big comfy chairs. His wife was working in front and we had a nice chat. The truck works fine now and I got an estimate for some work to be done on the A/C. I will definitely go back to Master Mechanics for this. The final price was actually a few dollars under the estimate.

Steve and Jay do an OUTSTANDING job!! I have a 1983 Monte Carlo SS and being experienced mechanics, they are able to troubleshoot and service my vehicle the old fashioned way --- with experience. No computer diagnostics, no talking cars, just good old fashioned mechanical experience.They treat my car (and me) with respect and take care of it as if it was their own. These are honest mechanics and will not try to sell you services or products you do not really need. These are guys you can trust!I'll be taking my classic car to them from now on for routine service and repairs and have referred others with classic autos to them for service also.

It went very well. Since we had the car other mechanics could not figure out why car was vibrating badly at idle.
It was the right front engine motor mount. Master Mechanic replaced it for 150.00 and only a few hours.
Was not sure about the brakes - he charged 85.00 for brakes and oil change. They had the car from 9am to 2pm. same day and it was done. The emissions light kept coming on. Two other mechanics could not figure it out. A new gas cap will solve the problem. Very satisfied. The car never ran so well.

We have been taking our cars to Master Mechanics for over 4 years now. They were referred to us by friends who had been long time customers. Steve and Jay are always dependable and honest. While I was mobilized with the Army Reserves (for a total of three years) they always treated my wife with respect and courtesy when she took the cars in for service. The charges were always fair and exactly what they told her they would be. Often, they did "extra" things, like installing a light bulb or spraying belt dressing on a squeaky belt until we could take it back in to be replaced, at no additional charge. Recently, they referred us to another customer of theirs who was selling a used light truck. Based on their recommendation of the make and model for dependability and the fact that they had done all of the maintenance on that vehicle, we purchased the truck and are very pleased with it. We highly recommend Master Mechanics.
