Description of Work: I called Manny Simao for an estimate to install a ceramic tile floor, and although I decided to install wall-to-wall carpeting instead, I would definitely call Manny back for any other tiling project - floor or wall. We spent enough time talking that I got a sense of his knowledge and professionalism. Also, I received another estimate in the same ballpark, so I know that his estimate was right on target.

 + -1 moreMANNY GAVE US THE BEST ESTIMATE OF THREE WE WERE IMPRESSED BY HIS QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP, AND HIS OLD WORD APPROACH OF PRIDE IN HIS ART. HE WAS PLEASANT & REASONABLE AND WORKED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
Description of Work: MANNY TILED OUR FORAY, KITCHEN, HALL AND 2 BATHS. HE ALSO DID SOME KITCHEN & BATH BACKSPLASHES, AND TILED THE AREA AROUND THE WINDOWS.
