They were suppose to do base clear on my car and put **** single stage. Then broke my hood and trunk emblems and said there no warranty on parts they brake lmao really you guys took it off your liable. the franchisee is a ******* idiot he has about 3 brain cells and the face of a 80 year old man. he claims he is the best well he tried to charge me $1200 on a job that was agreed on paper in writing at $800.00 I told him Ill provide my copy to his boss if he didn't make things right. 2 weeks later my car had to bad emblems $70 each my cost and then orange peel like a mother. Then over spray every where possible including his body guy missed dings on my car. *** **** HOLE IS THIS TO SCREW GOOD PEOPLE OVER AND PRICE GOUGE DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS. THE WORK PERFORMED TOOK HIM 1 DAY AND COLLECTED $800 OR HE SAID HE WOULD PUT A MECHANIC LEAN ON IT AND KEEP IT LIKE ALL THE OTHER CARS ON HIS LOT. SLUM LORD, ****** PAINT, OVER PRICED, BAD OWNER SHIP. I am out $800 plus damages and additional damages of $800 - I am out $1600.00. I want a full refund and cost for damages or we will see you in court.

Vehicle looks great, a few minor flaws were identified and repaired on request. Overall good job.

I had them match the manufacturer's color. They did a fabulous job. It was done perfectly on schedule and at the price I was told.

Maaco Auto Painting New Port Richey the service went excellent.   The took good care of my car.  The smoothed over the chip, they painted it, they had to blend the roof and they did an excellent job.  The price was very reasonable.

I took my car in for an estimate on having it repainted. Brian went through the options available with the pluses and minuses of each one. I chose the and quot;bestand quot; option of the Good, Better, Best options which gave me factory paint, clear coat and a five year guarantee. Brian said it would be 4 to 5 days and I got a call on Friday afternoon that the car was ready. I am very pleased with the paint job--the car looks like new again. It had significant sun damage from living in Florida and after sanding it down to bare metal and repainting and clear coating, it looks terrific. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. This was a very positive experience and I was told that if I found anything I wasn't happy with to bring it back and they would make it right. So far I have no reason to take it back and I'm very happy with the outcome.

Got quote and I delayed the job three weeks with no issues from Maaco. They honored it and delivered the finished car in five working days as promised.

I went in to get an estimate the week before. I brought it back the next week and was promised the car in a week's time. I picked up the car a week later. The shop had some difficulty locating some trim needed for my car and was finally able to get 3 out of 4 pieces.The paint job is good.
However, there are some issues I have with the other work. First, the headliner was not done. The service guy said he forgot to have it done. Second, they broke the handle to my car door which I now need to have replaced. Third, the weather stripping on both front doors was not put back correctly so I need to go have it replaced somewhere else.
Maaco did offer to replace the door handle, but I could not leave the car another day as I live quite a distance and I didn't have transportation. But they did take off the price of a new door handle and labor from my bill. They did not charge me for the headliner of course, and gave me the name of the person they use in case I want to have it done. They took no responsibility for the weather stripping and said it was like that before we brought it in. It is now falling off the car so I surely would have noticed it if it were like that.
The paint job is ok, but it has caused me a great inconvenience because now I have to take the time to have a new door handle put on, find and put out the money for a body shop to put in new weatherstripping that was fine when I brought it to Maaco, and find the time to have the headliner done.

My antique car looks brand new. It is now a beautiful gray that sparkles in the sunlight. It used to be a dark blue that I didn't like very much. I am very pleased with their work. They were efficient and their price was much lower than other quotes we received. They did exactly what they said they would do and more. They even installed my new door handles (that I had purchased) for no extra charge. When I had a spoiler ordered, I brought that in to have them match the color paint and they only charged me $90 for that.

Andrew is the manager there and he helped us from the beginning to the end. Our satisfaction was his goal. I would definitely recommend them.
