house cleaning
 + -1 moreEven though I specifically asked Kristina, the owner, when I hired KKS to be sure the sheets on all 3 beds were clean and if so, to fluff and if not, to wash & remake the beds, that did not get done. Since she did not supervise them, shortcuts were obviously made. When my guests arrived within days of Kristina's [KKS] services, they found mouse poop in various places including on top of our couch and on one of the bedroom dressers. There were damp sheets and towels in the dryer, which my guest then had to finish drying and fold/ put away. The guests went to go to bed that night and the sheets on queen and king beds had clearly been slept in and had NOT been washed by KKS. The master sheets were bloody, she had to strip the beds, treat the blood, wash and dry before everyone could go to bed for the night. Also when my guest went to move our dogs bowls so her dog didn?t touch them, she found that the kitchen floor was dirty beneath them. So, even though the floor was washed by KKS, it wasn?t thoroughly swept and washed everywhere. She also found it necessary to wipe out the sinks and wash down the bathroom mirrors. I sent an email complaint to KKS and got no response whatsoever.
Description of Work: Kristina [KKS] did not supervise her 2 helpers and the job wasn't done properly. I asked her to ready the house for short term guests/ tenants as we discussed her doing for me the previous year. They were supposed to do a top-to-bottom whole house cleaning in 2 hours, to a clean house that had been vacant for 6 months. I asked her to clean up any pest droppings if found, and most specifically, to make sure the sheets on the bed were clean.
