I hired this service provider to pet set my two cats, in my home, for seven days while I was gone on vacation. I strongly stressed the fact that the cat litter boxes had to be cleaned each and every day. I was required to pay the fee ($140) upfront. Service provider only came five out of the seven paid days. I have a security camera in my home, (which I strongly suggest and are legal as long as they’re in your house) so I could see the activity that took place. Kristin did not tell me that she missed two days nor did she offer a refund for the 2 missed days until I questioned her about the two missed days. I know exactly which days she came because the security camera advises me when anybody comes into my home. Provider is now threatening to sue me because I didn't advise her of the security camera, which by law I'm not required to do. Since she did not advise me of the 2 days she missed until I questioned her about it, I consider this a theft of services not provided but paid for. Plus she brought two children into my home on the first day and just let them roam around my home, unsupervised, with suckers. As I have a little OCD, this is a very big deal! Also, one of the children moved my ‘Cat Scram’ that I had set up to keep the cats from entering the living room area. It was turned toward the hallway which then kept my cats from accessing the front bed room where they like to go lay on the bed in the sun. I’m not sure if this happened on the first day, or the next to last day, since she also brought one child on that Thursday. If you hire this company, I strongly advise that you get a security camera, because the services you're paying for may not be the services you're receiving. I personally do not believe this to be a reliable pet sitting servIce. In my opinion, individuals that have rated this Service Provider ‘high’, probably had no way of really knowing what kind of services they received for their money. Pets are always happy to see their owners no matter how they’ve been treated. BUYER BEWARE!

Kristin advertises that she has a "ranch". It is an overgrown bunch of land. It has some designated spaces for dogs. We messsaged her we were on our way, she kept wanting us to drop the dogs off with her son. But we wanted to meet her. She arrived 30 mins after we did. Showed us a holding/exercise area for the dogs and pointed out a kennel area that had a dog house and said "that is where we keep the bad dogs". Also advertises that she treats your pets like you do and tries to keep to their regular routine, and that they are allowed on the furniture and even allowed to sleep on the beds. She will then show you into the house...show you the furniture where they are "allowed"...but when we got back, we gave her an hour+ notice before we went to pick up...when we arrived, one of our dogs was loose, wandering around the property. She couldn't find our leashes...kept going out to the filthy kennels where our dogs were NOT supposed to be kept to find the right ones....finally found them, the bag everything was brought I had been torn to pieces, she didn't return the meds and id cards I had provided. I had to drive the hour from Clearwater to New Port Richey to get them, and she still couldn't find the scoop we had provided. She is disorganized and does not provide the care for your beloved babies that she advertises she will provide. BUYER BEWARE!

"I was really surprised to read this review & while there was a grain of truth her perspective is not how I saw the situation. I always AIM TO PLEASE but some people are too demanding & difficult for that to be possible. #1 I can not always be home at a moments notice & other family members can receive or release dogs when I am not available. I was stuck in traffic when she wanted to drop off. We had already met. Typically a customer is fine to drop off to my family if I can't be there not [Member Name Removed]. She said she didn't mind waiting for me to arrive clearly that was untrue. #2 I have an outdoor pen that doesn't get much use (too hot most of the year). However, I like to explain to customers what it is there for so they don't think their dog will be kept outdoors. I provide A/C space for ALL my visitors EXCEPT dogs with SEVERE behavior problems. #3 When she pulled up I was walking her dog & we had just emerged from a fenced area to the driveway. Her dog was NOT loose !!!!! #4 Filthy kennels, really ? How would she know? Was she using her x ray vision like Superman ? She NEVER went in. Or is it that all kennels must be filthy to her ? I don't know but I have staff that assists me in scooping & cleaning. Sanitizing is VERY important !!! I have an AWESOME set up & I have spent a lot of money to make things comfortable & spacious for all guests. Sweeping, mopping, mowing the grass, blowing leaves off the porch areas are all part of a HEALTHY environment for our pets. By the way I had an annual inspection with Animal Control & they found everything to be in good order !! I have documents to prove that. #5 [Member Name Removed]'s own dog tore up the bag: the type you pay $1 for at Publix & I apologized for letting that happen. #6 It is true that I got her leash mixed up & had to walk back in & get the correct one. Oops, I DO NOT claim to be perfect. I asked her if that was everything they had brought & she said yes. However, after getting home she realized I had her scoop & ID cards. I offered to drop them off & she declined saying she would pick them up. Her visit was during a VERY BUSY HOLIDAY time so I was slammed. However, I feel that her dog was happy during the stay, safely returned, clean & healthy. What more could you ask for ? My guess is that she is actually offended by my religious beliefs. I have on a sign that says GOD ANSWERS PRAYER & that is the reason for her untruthful account. I am not ashamed of the Gospel."

My dog was clean and smelled great when I picked her up. She had another puppy there so my dog had someone else to play with. The house is a little difficult to find but Kristin made sure that she called prior to give me excellent directions.
I would definitely use her again. Very professional and took wonderful care of my dog!

We called about 2 weeks prior to leaving for a few days and Kristin was able to take care of our two cats. She stopped by each day while we were gone and gave our cats their moist food and glucosamine. She kept their water and litter fresh and gave them some attention. This was our first time using her and we were very pleased! We came home to very happy cats. It meant a lot to us that someone was stopping by daily and checking on them and she made it very easy for us to relax on vacation. We would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Kristin.

Kristin has always been so accommodating and makes me her top priority even when I give her last minute notice. Like in July I totally forgot to notify her of my coming to Florida and called her when I landed. She was such a sweetheart and met me within an hour. She helped clean my house from top to bottom as we have our second home in Florida and it needed to be opened up for the Summer. She even brought her own cleaning supplies. She not only cleaned it then but also after we left! On many occasions she has taken care of our dog Stormy as well. It's so nice for Stormy to have a place to go run and enjoy the outdoors while we are traveling. I wished I were in Florida full-time as I would definitely use Kristin as my regular dog-sitter and cleaning-lady. She is pleasant to work with and conveniently answers my texts as well as phone calls. I am completely surprised by her rates as I would expect much higher for such service as she delivers. I recommend her to anyone seeking reliable, friendly service for their home and family (obviously including your pets. :) ). Thanks Kristin!

They also sat for a relative of mine for an extended period and they were also pleased with the service she provided. Her sons played Frisbee & fetch. They had full run of her home too. I would definitely give her a rating of A+ and use her again.

Left message for Kristin and she got right back to me and we scheduled a time to meet and see where she was located. Went over day before leaving to get a feel for the place since this is first time we have boarded the dogs. She went over the basics and put me at ease. Dropped them off early on Friday and they got lots of play time and seemed very happy when we picked them up. I would definitely use her again in the future for watching them at my home or hers.

Kristin is awesome!! Our Bischon Frise absolutely loved her time there. She even slept on Kristin's bed. It is so wonderful to go out of town and not worry about your pet!

This was by far the best pet sitter I have ever had. Not only were her prices extremely reasonable but the care for my dog was exceptional. And it's not just Kristen that cares for the dogs, her children take the dogs in with open arms as part of there family. She sent me a picture of my puppy sleeping in a bed with one if her sons, truly an awesome experience! I would recommend her to everyone needing pet sitting. She has a large property where the dogs ban freely roam, along with 2 large kennels. My dog was extremely happy and didn't seem to want to leave. This is a great family with a tremendous heart not only for people, but animals as well!! Will definitely be using her services again!

Kristin and her family have been baby sitting my two dogs, multiple times, for the last 21 months. My job requires me to deploy with very little notice for up to three months at a time. Due to a change in family situation I had to find an outside source for doggie care. I found Kristin and after speaking with her decided to take a chance, a decision I do not regret.
The first time I used her service I was very nervous about leaving my two furry children with someone who wasn't family and staying in my home. Upon picking them up about 80 days later and seeing how happy and healthy they were I was relieved. Over the next few days I watched them for any behavioral changes and found none and I knew then I found someone I could trust with my "kids". I may add that I drive a three hour round trip to drop off and pick up my dogs. That should say a lot!!
