great and very professional

Ken and his son were friendly professional and helpful. They spent a significant time locating a resolving our clogged drain. We have 2 dogs and they were very considerate and mindful of them while serving our home.

They were our plumbing contractor for our kitchen remodel and did a good job on the plumbing. When our tile contractor got sick after removing the old tile and couldn't do the tiling we couldn't find another to do it for two to three weeks. Our new cabinets and appliances were on hold until the floor was done. Joe of Ken Leonard Plumbing told us he tiled bathrooms and could do the work without waiting so we let him do it. The floor the tile was installed on was pretty rough and uneven and his resulting tile work was poor. Our new tile company, KF Flooring has done a great job of doing it right.

Great. Came out in the morning, reviewed the work to be accomplished and returned in the afternoon with all material and installed. Most pleased with this company and would highly recommend to others.

My central sewer line was clogged and backing up in both bathrooms. I went on line to find a local plumber and called Mr. Leonard because the map showed that his service was close to my new home of two weeks, located in Port Richey, Florida. Mr. Leonard took my address and said he would call me back to let me know when his service man, his son Andrew, would be available. He called me back twice to update me, and to make sure that he had the correct address. I asked for a quote and he said if there was an outside pump out it would be $125. It wasn't an outside pump out. When Andrew arrived he went into my backyard and was greeted by my 4 dogs, he wasn't phased and he checked to see if there was an outside cover. Then he went into the bathroom and started to remove the toilet, which was the other option, Andrew found that my toilet was cracked which added to the flooding. While he cleaned out the lines he let me go get a toilet from the local Home Depot and he installed it. He was personable, professional and knew just what to do. This plumber did the work after 5pm and finished before 8 pm. I could tell that he enjoyed his work and the results demonstrated it.

He and his son were very prompt. He came out the day he said he would come and he was early. They were very careful. They did the job efficiently. He gave me the best quality commodes. I was very happy with the work. They cleaned up everything. He told me if there was any complaint to call him. He said he would come out free of charge if I was unhappy with anything.

I was having overflow issues with my water heater. Ken no longer owns the company. However the man who worked with me was not able to solve the problem I had. He installed the first one which failed, and again the second one did the same. He said the problem must be outside and left me without fixing the issue.

JOE AND JASON WERE GREAT. WORKED TOGETHER VERY WELL. GOT HOT WATER ON AS FAST AS HE COULD. VERY PLEASANT WITH THE WORK.

THEY WERE VERY FAST AND GOOD THEY DID A NEAT JOB AND I WOULD REHIRE THEM FOR ANOTHER JOB. JOE THE GUY WHO WAS DOING MOST OF THE WORK WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT HE WAS DOING.
