He was wonderful. I called on a Wednesday and he was at my home on Thursday morning. He was very honest. Advised it would be an expensive fix and I was better off purchasing a new dishwasher. He charged me a very reasonable service call. I am very pleased and would call him again in the future.

This was the third time I've used Ken in about 4 years. He is honest to a fault, thorough, takes whatever time necessary to do a terrific job, and he does more than necessary to repair appliances. For instance, the last time he was here, he did something to shore up the agitator and didn't charge extra. The time before that, over 2 years ago, he took the drum out of the dryer and completely cleaned out all the lint from 7 years of use. It was a mess, but there's no way I could have known as the machine had to be taken apart to see all the lint. This time, he replaced a capacitor in the washer as well as the coupler that was the original problem. He is prompt, reasonable, and a good man. I am go grateful to have found him and I wholeheartedly recommend him to friends.

Ken didn't mind me asking questions and showing me what he was doing. Unfortunately the part that was bad was expensive and not worth fixing since the machine was purchased used in the first place. He advised me not to get it fixed and also gave me recommendations on what brand washer to purchase as a replacement. He also looked at an oven that I thought wasn't working right, but he just showed me how to reset it instead of trying to tell me it was broken. He came across as professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most imporantly to me, honest. And only a $35 service call!

The overall experience was excellent from the day he checked my dishwasher and explained what was wrong and how much it would be to repair and likelihood of reoccurring problem to the day he installed the new one. After recommending a reliable option based on his experience with repairs he promptly installed the new one.

I got Ken's name from another company who I found on Angie's List. When I called them, they said they didn't service Pasco county only Pinellas. I ask them if they could recommend someone honest in Pasco. They right away recommended Ken's appliance repair. I called him and told him what my washer was doing......not spinning the water out and that I would love to have it fixed before the weekend. It was Fri. morning before memorial day. He said he could be there within the hour and he was.
He performed the work easily and quickly. Very professional and also when he left he told me he guaranteed the switch and labor for 4 yrs. He said he was the only one who did that. I was very impressed with Ken. I ask him how much the part cost, He said approximately $65. He charged me $95 for the whole job, charging only $30 for his service call. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an appliance fixed. He said he repairs all appliances except refrigerators and he has another guy who does refrigerators. I was happy to find Ken.
