Ken answered all my questions over the phone.  He showed up on-time when he said he would.  He and an assistant did a non-pressure wash of my tile roof.  This is a one story about 3000 sq ft.  My white tile roof looks like new (hadn't been washed in 4 years) and they did a great job of not damaging the shrubs with the bleach-like solution.  They were very professional and did a quality job.  I will continue to use them going forward.

This is the second time I've had my house, driveway and side walk pressure washed by KJ Pressure Washing. I'm sorry I waiting so long in between! What a difference! Thank you!! I'll mark my calendar this time, to be sure to have it done annually.

Ken came gave and estimate we agreed on. Set up appt came did fantastic job better than I ever did my self. Ken is a nice guy and performs all services above and beyond.

We just purchased a home that had not been maintained by the previous owner particularly well, and the tile roof was filthy. Kevin was recommended to us by the roofing repair company: they suggested the roof be cleaned with chemicals NOT pressure wash. Kevin went on Google earth to look at the house/roof and was therefore able to give me a quote without having to come out. He set a date, arrived on time, did the work very well, cleaned up after himself, and was quite professional. Our roof now looks great!!! 

I was recommended to K J from USA Team Screen who had done some work for me. He came out and did a fabulous job in making the pool look sparkling new. I probably may have K J come back out towards the end of the year just to keep the pool area looking so nice.

Ken did an excellent job, was in and out as he said he would be.

Ken arrrived exactly when he said he would, described the service he could perform and did a thorough job. I did not want a pressure cleaning as I have a newer roof and want to keep it in good condition. I was very satisfied and although Ken is far up county from me, we discussed setting a convenient time to do this again this year in order to keep my roof in good condition. I have a lot of trees and don't want leaves to sit on and stain my roof.

Ken explained what he would do and how he does it. I have a painted concrete front porch floor and I was concerned pressure washing might remove some of the paint. Ken assured me it wouldn't and it did not. Everything looks great.

We just had our super gutters replaced, so there was mold and mildew everywhere! in our pool area. Ken came and pressure washed everything (including the patio furniture and cushions)! Very professional and polite, Ken did a wonderful job in the pool area, front porch, walkway and driveway. Price was very reasonable for everything that he did. I will definitely use him again! :)

I will never use anyone else ever again. Ken is the best in every area. Why can't all business's be like this one?

I called Ken on Thursday morning to get a quote for pressure washing our driveway and front sidewalks.  A few hours later, he was at the door with a quote.  We scheduled for the service to be performed on the next day and he showed up on time and finished the job quickly.  The driveway and sidewalks look great.  Smooth transaction, would use again.

Ken arrived on time, when scheduled to provide an estimate.  Scheduled a mutually agreeable date to perform the work.  Arrived when scheduled, cleaned the house exterior, as promised, with better results than I anticipated.  This stuff looks brand new!  Extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend Ken, with no reservations.

Ken did an excellent job on our roof cleaning. We contacted a couple of companies and felt that Ken would be the best fit as his price was fair and he was  professional and courteous. We set up for him to come a few days after we made the call but due to weather we had to reschedule. He came about a week later and we were very happy with the result. The roof looks GREAT! Our neighbors were equally impressed because they asked for his info and are planning to use his services as well. We would definitely recommend.

We found Ken on Angies list in '06 - he pressured washed our driveway and painted sealed our garage - superb work and professionalism - We used him again in 2009 - Then again this past week - always a pro and always does a GREAT job - I'm glad to give him another shout out here. - Fritz

Ken arrived on time.  His equipment is mounted in his truck.  He did the job himself, very professional.  He completed the job in about one hour.  He did inside and outside.  The enclosure looks great.  We will certainly hire him again.

It went great. Ken was responsive, personable, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. We were in great hands. We're new residents of Florida, and he taught me a lot about the exterior of our home and how frequently to have it pressure-washed. I'll definitely hire him again when it's time and I highly recommend him.

The work went excellent. His quality of work is very good. When he said he was going to be, he was at the appointed time. I have a large area, and I have a huge bird cage which was very dirty. His price is reasonable. I would use him again. As a matter of fact, I am setting up a maintenance agreement with him so he will be coming back once a year. I would recommend him to anybody.
