I had a sudden power surge over the weekend which caused my a/c to make a loud unusual noise. A repair technician showed up on a Sunday and told me everything was fine. The power surge had caused an imbalance in the pressures which resulted in extreme vibrations. They did not charge me for the service call. First impressions are everything. I was extremely impressed and grateful for their honesty and dedication to resolve this so quickly. Thank you so much !

I would not recommend this company to install anything in your home. I did give them one star because despite my negative experience, their response and customer service was consistent. Unfortunately, customer service doesn't make up for the lack of attention to detail when it came to the AC unit they installed in my home. They failed to pull a permit on the job initially and over the course of almost two years they had to come out about 6 times because the unit wasn't functioning correctly. On one of those times a worker left a quite impressive bowel movement in my daughters bathroom and didn't bother to flush or clean up. After about 18 months of dealing with this company, I hired another company to look at the AC unit. The person I hired actually helped design the unit with Bryant so I figured he knew what he was talking about. There was a significant list of issues that were wrong with the install, which I brought to Johnny Cools attention. In their defense, they did come out and do a lot of work to fix the issues and ultimately pulled a permit after I made them aware they never did. They failed the inspection even after the repairs were made. The city came out again to inspect and passed them; however, the inspector said it was the worst job he has ever seen and even pointed out some mold that had grown around some of the duct seams that should not be present. I made a complaint against them with consumer protection so it will be on file for 5 years. Their response to the complaint was emotional and lacked any factual basis. Had they pulled a permit initially this all would have been figured out from the start. Don't make the same mistake I did using this company.
